This policy covers the kompendra.io website and the demo request form. It does not cover data held in the Kompendra product, which is governed by your contract and data processing agreement.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, firm, regulator, role and any message you write.

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this site. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your demo request and to arrange and follow up on the demo. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is processed and for how long

The website and form run on Cloudflare. Your request is sent to us by email through a transactional email provider, and a backup copy is kept in Cloudflare storage. Backup copies are deleted after 12 months.
